Band: Honeymoon Suite
Title: Dreamland
Label: Frontiers Records

After an absence of more than a decade Honeymoon Suite return with a new album well almost. 'Dreamland' was released in fact last year under the title of 'Lemon Tongue'. This is the full European version I have hear and well worth the wait to get my mitts on it too.

Hoping to rekindle the success of the 80's founder members Johnnie Dee and Derry Grehan along with Bret Carrigan have put together a solid album that will satisfy original fans of the band. They will nod with approval at this release.

Notable highs are title track 'Dreamland' which is much in the vein of earlier material, also 'Just Love Somebody', which has that 80's feel to it. However 'Radiant' has a more recent sound with the more prominent drum beat and guitar solo.

All in all 'Dreamland' is an album that will grow on you the more you hear it. To hear them at their best is to hear them live as I did at this years Gods Festival. If you enjoy the album then you'd die when you hear it played live.
