This is a demo EP for this band from Scotland.  Playing heavy metal, they dodge between lead vocalists and between sounding like Pantera and early Metallica.

The first track off the EP, 'Driven By Hate', is an extremely guitar filled song, with the drums crashing in between.  The vocals sound like early James Hetfield, but with more anger and hatred.  The drums sadly, cover everything else in the track, which is a little disappointing at times.  This is, of course, excepting the hook line, the track name, where the guitars and vocals fight for supremacy and the vocals win.  The strong vocalist sticks within his range throughout, with the backing providing more towards it.

The second track, 'Dying', again takes the guitar-filled root, but this time it feels better mixed, without any of the instruments overwhelming each other.  It also has a slightly different sound and is less heavy in a way if I’m honest.  The intro is also slightly longer and takes a different slant with its different vocalist.  The change of vocalists allows for a softer, slower song and this is really nice to hear.

The third and final track, 'Bullethead', is a return to the faster, harder, more Pantera sounding instrumental with the James Hetfield a-like vocals. The vocals and the music constantly shift dependant on the vocalist, and this constant change keep them feeling fresher than other bands.  It’s also nice to hear two different vocalists with two different vocal styles in one band, and showcases the skills of the guitarists/bassist and drummer to be able to adapt to either style.
