After a five year hiatus from the Metal scene, Face Down are back.  Maybe not in its original form as last seen in 1999, but still containing the nucleus of the band Joakim Hedestedt.  Joined by fellow Contrucdead member Erik Thysellius on drums, and Marco Aro on vocals , who after a stint with The Haunted decided to join forces once again with his fellow band mates.  Face Down are once more reborn.

The resulting album is 'The Will To Power' which is the bands third album.  Recorded in July 2005 at the Fear And Loathing Studio, the band have set the standard for all to follow.

From the onset this is Face Down at their most intensive best.  Blistering guitars, raging drums, and a mammoth vocal onslaught from Aro, all goes to prove that this release has the makings of a Metal master class.

Check out tracks like the blood melting 'Heroin' and the gut wrenching 'Grey', to the speed fest that is 'Heretic'.

If you like it hard and without mercy, then Face Down are definitely back and taking no prisoners.
