Having signed to MTM earlier this year Mother's Finest are set to unleash this live album which was recorded in 2004 at Villa Berg, Stuttgart, Germany on the unsuspecting public.  This latest release also boasts four new studio tracks that were cut in collaboration with Living Colour’s Vernon Reid, and also rather strangely Swedish Industrialist Clawfinger.

The live portion of the album covers the bands long and varied career with tracks covering right through the genres from the blues/funk to pure the unadulterated rock classics.  Tracks such as ‘Funk A While’ and ‘Bring It’ highlighting the varying musical styles that Mother's Finest bring to the table.

But it’s the likes of ‘Power’, ‘Mickeys Monkey’, and ‘Piece Of The Rock’, that show the band can rock with the best when they want too.  The medley of Satisfaction / Born To Be Wild is just sheer funk on a stick.

The four new tracks carry on in true Mother's Finest tradition of pulling out all the stops when it counts and the collaboration with Vernon Reid is a masterstroke.  Due to the Living Colour sound being not too dissimilar to that of Mother's Finest fun and funky rock sound, this union is sure to bare fruit when a new studio album is eventually released.
