Artist: Mystic Circle
Title: The Bloody Path Of God
   Label: Dockyard 1

The Bloody Path of God is the 7th release from Germany’s leading Death/Thrash metal trio Mystic Circle and is probably their blackest release so far.

With original band members Ezpharess on guitar once more, and vocalist/bass player Beelzubub being joined by the bands original drummer Necrodemon, the band delve into their black metal roots and deliver an album of full force metal that brings together the dark rooted influences of the likes of Venom with the guitar riff splitting speed of Slayer.

The album takes thrash to new boundaries and beyond with the likes of ‘Doomsday Prophecy’ and ‘Nine Plaques of Egypt’ shredding a dark path through the album.  And the likes of ‘The Grim Reaper’ wheeling a scythe shaped guitar through the track.

If you like your metal dark and a full on guitar assault then this is your album, but if your into the fluffy metal then you should avoid this album at all cost as it will melt your fragile mind!
