Artist: Tygers Of Pan Tang
   Title: Live In Nottingham 1981

With the Tygers on the comeback trail this little gem seems rather timely and was recorded with probably their best line up.

Most of you will, like me, will probably remember seeing the Tygers on this tour and I for one remember how good a live band they were. With the arrival of John Sykes on Guitar and John Deverill on vocals and the release of the Spellbound album which is the tour that this was recorded from the Tygers became the finished article.

Its really weird listening to this now as it just seems like yesterday. I really do think the Tygers were one of the most underrated bands around at the time and their tunes do stand the test of time just listen to Tyger Bay and Hellbound which if memory serves me rightly was a Sounds record of the week.

I doubt whether they will rise to the heights of before, but I know Rob and the guys will give it there best shot.

Pure Nostalgia!!!
