MM - Would you like to introduce the band members to
us.
Peace: Well we have Donu on drums, Duante on keyboards, Kevin on bass,
Jesse on guitar, and Kia, Ria and Flower on backing vocals and I am
Dread Daze.
MM - When was the band formed and how did you all meet?
I have been doing my thing in L.A before the live music vibe it was more
hip hop ,2 turntables and a microphone. I met kia in 96, the band in 98
and on we strive.
MM -Describe your music and who do you think it would most appeal to?
Our music is a fusion of reggae, hip hop, jazz and funk vibe. We appeal
to the world.
MM - Where does the name Dread Daze come from?
Back in the day people thought I was lackadaisical so I took the daze
MM - What instruments/equipment does the band use?
My instrument is the microphone.
MM - What bands/artists have inspired you the most over the years?
I get vibes first from god. Musically Nat King Cole and Bob Marley
ultimately.
MM - What one possession could you not live without right now?
Right now I can`t live without, book pen and paper.
MM - What was the first concert you ever attended?
Freshfest in 86 Long Beach, Run Dmc, Public Enemy etc
MM - What do you feel has been the bands biggest accomplishment so far?
A nice little underground world buzz. And slowly we rise.
MM - Who writes the songs that you perform? Is
it a solo effort or more of a band thing?
I write all the lyrics and I work with producers or with the band for
the music.
MM - Do you currently have any CD's/MP3's
available, and where can they be obtained?

MM - If it was your last day on Earth, what would you do?
If last day I would do a lot of good deeds, got to spread the love.
MM - What was the last CD you bought?
2pac - Until the end of time.
MM - What are your views on the current music scenes?
Music scene is crazy needs a little overhaul.
MM - Has the band had any scary fans experiences so far?
Thank god for fans or I like to call them friends they enjoy themselves.
MM - Have any of the any of the band members featured in any other bands
before Dread Daze?
Struggling the good struggle.
MM - When you die would you like to be buried or cremated? What
final words/phrase would you like used for your epitaph?
I would be buried no burning good vibes
MM - What song would you choose as the soundtrack to your life?

MM - If you could be any comic book character who would you be and why?
That is hard! Do you guys remember this black guy his name was Power Man
he was smooth when he did his thing and sometimes they paired him with
kung fu guy he wore some green or flash I thought that was cool to
travel, I would see the world.
MM - Tell us one thing about yourself that not many people know.
