MM - Describe your music and who
would it appeal to?
Our Filthy brand of Rock'n'Roll is best described as Glamorous Bluespunk-it'll
appeal to rebellious schoolchildren and corrupt politicians.
MM - What bands have you been a
member of in the past?

- Where do you get the inspiration for the songs that you write?
Igor: Friends, beer'n'spliff
Paul-Ronney: Life, and its many disappointments and pleasures.
MM - What's the most outrageous thing you've ever done in the name of
Rock N'Roll?
Igor: play drums!
Sam: You don't wanna know...lets just say I've got a very special party
trick and I'm very bendy!
MM - Are you signed/unsigned to a record label at present?
We are still to give our autographs to a recording company.
MM - Sex, Drugs & Rock N'
Roll - myth or necessity?
Igor: It's a way of life.
Paul-Ronney: Necessity-but selling your ass or dying of a smack overdose
isn't Rock'n'Roll.
MM - Where do Q*Sling call home?
Igor: Where the beer is
chilled!
Sam:...and where we can pass out after drinkin' it!
MM - Which band/artist has influenced
you the most and why?
Paul-Ronney: we're influenced by loads of different stuff from AC/DC to
the Clash, the Stones, Metallica, Creedence, Zeppelin, Beastie Boys.
Why? Cos all these bands played by their own rules and had the songs to
back it up with.
MM - If you could take any 4
musicians, alive or dead, to form a super group who would they be?
Sam: Drums- Bonham, Bass-Lemmy, Guitar-Hendrix, Vocals-Iggy
Paul-Ronney: sounds great, maybe Bon Scott can take over when Iggy's
acid hallucinations become too heavy.
MM - What would be your ultimate
Friday night out on the town?
Igor: Do a hot'n'sweaty gig, followed limousines, chicks, charlie and
champagne - and to make it the ultimate Friday night it would have to
last till Monday.
Sam & Paul-Ronney: Join Igor.
MM - After a gig what do you
like to do?
Sam: A schoolgirl
MM - When you die, what words would you like them to carve on your
gravestone?
Paul-Ronney: Gone Fishing/Igor: Here lies the bastard that shagged your
daughter.
Sam: The guilt only lasts till you get home.
MM - What are your views, if
any, on the current 'Nu-metal' scene? Is it just a fad or is it here to
stay?
Igor: what metal?
Sam: Sepultura kicks ass-the rest sucks!
Paul-Ronney: all these labels are just something the media has come up
with; when I started to listen to metal it was called new wave of
British Heavy Metal, and now it's nu-metal. Rock'n'Roll is here to stay!
MM - What was the last CD you bought?
Igor: An album by Mad Professor
Sam: Muddy Waters-"Sweet Home Chicago"
Paul-Ronney: A dub compilation.
