Shortly
before the band hit the stage at The Underworld in London while on tour
with Gorgoroth and Vader, we caught up with the band for a quick chat
...
MM
- It's really hard to find information about you, is this intentional?
V - Well,
we never focus on the media, we focus more on the band and our work. We
inform those who care, not through updates, but through our music and
releasing it.

MM
- How did you meet? V - We didn't
know each other beforehand, we all come from Stockholm. We'd seen some
of the guy before but we picked the individuals we thought would do the
best for the band. When the foundation was formed, we knew what we
wanted to do and related it to that. We met primarily to make the band,
not to bring our friends into it. This is work not play.
MM
- What are you influenced by? V - You
could ask the question another day and the answer would be different.
The main influences for us are those that are different and have genuine
soul and live for what they do. We
can also be influenced by ourselves, not by other bands music, we aren't
bound by a set type. We consistently build our own influences.
MM
- Do you like to play live? V - It
involves all the elements that make us a band, so yes.
MM
- What is your favourite song to play live? V - The
Womb of the Seas, you'll hear it tonight (and it was deserved of the
title).

MM
- What was your favourite gig? V - It's
really hard to say what was good or bad, I mean, you could have a bad
venue but the crowd could be brilliant, it's difficult. If we had to
pick one it would be Lithuania last year, it was the last gig of our
first tour. And for us, the crown and venue made it perfect.
MM
- The best thing about being in a band? V - Building
something you can relate to, it's like starting a company but doing it
mentally. You can look back and see what you have created. It's a part
of something far greater than yourself and you can see how it grows
and evolves over time.
